Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource and Compliance Executive to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and support the implementation and monitoring of compliance requirements in line with local regulations and international standards, particularly in the areas of Human Rights and Forced Labour prevention.
Human Resource Management
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records in an organized and confidential manner.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals, evaluations, and feedback tracking.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the Finance Department.
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Maintain accurate HR and compliance databases and ensure timely updates.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure all recruitment and employment processes comply with Nepal government labor laws and international ethical recruitment standards.
- Maintain compliance with destination country requirements, including documentation for foreign employment processes.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and ethical recruitment guidelines.
- Develop organizational policies as per organizational scope
- Coordinate with external authorities, as per the compliance requirements.
- Conduct due diligence and Audits (Internal & External)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream is required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and understand local and international policies and compliance, especially those related to Human Rights and Force Labor.
- Display a high level of integrity and ethical behavior while handling sensitive and confidential information.
