Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. is committed to safeguarding the labor rights of both its internal employees and migrant workers. The company strictly prohibits forced labor, bonded labor, and recruitment-related exploitation by implementing policies aligned with the ILO’s 11 Forced Labor Indicators, the RBA Code of Conduct, IRIS Principles, and OTL ethical standards. Employment contracts— whether for in-house or migrant worker candidates—are provided in languages that workers understand, ensuring transparency, informed consent, and the right to freely exit employment. Aakarshan enforces a zero recruitment fee policy for all workers and uses internal verification mechanisms to confirm age, consent, and authenticity, thereby upholding ethical and legal hiring practices across the organization.
