On The Level
(OTL):
On The Level (OTL) is an internationally recognized ethical recruitment certification program developed by The Fair Hiring Initiative (TFHI), designed to promote responsible recruitment practices and protect the rights of migrant workers.
As of 2025, only a limited number of recruitment agencies worldwide have achieved OTL certification across various migration corridors. Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. is proud to be among the first agencies globally to receive this prestigious certification, achieving OTL Certification (CER#NP_2024_0002) within a remarkably short period.
This achievement reflects Aakarshan’s strong commitment to ethical and responsible recruitment practices, demonstrating alignment with international labor standards and the ILO’s 11 Forced Labor Indicators. The OTL certification provides assurance to global employers and partners that Aakarshan operates with transparency, fairness, and respect for workers’ rights throughout the recruitment process.
