(OTL):
On The Level (OTL) is an internationally recognized ethical recruitment certification program developed by the Fair Hiring Initiative (TFHI). As of 2025, only 12 agencies worldwide have been certified across various migration corridors. Among them, Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. stands out as one of the FIRST agencies to achieve this certification (CER#NP_2024_0002) in a remarkably short span of time.
This accomplishment reflects our full compliance with Ethical and Responsible Recruitment Standards and complete alignment with the ILO’s 11 Forced Labor Indicators.
