To provide ethical,
transparent, and responsible recruitment services by complying with the laws
and regulations of Nepal, destination countries, and applicable bilateral labor
agreements. We are committed to aligning our practices with internationally recognized
ethical recruitment standards, including the IOM's International Recruitment Integrity System (IRIS), the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of
Conduct, and the On the Level (OTL) Principles. Through fairness, integrity, and respect for diversity, we strive to promote safe labor migration and contribute to a sustainable and responsible recruitment ecosystem.
